Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

  1. Return & Exchange Policy

As our products are printed and made on demand through an external platform, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect selection of size, colour, or design by the customer

  • Change of mind or personal preferences after receiving the order

However, we will offer a solution in the following cases:

  • The product has manufacturing or printing defects

  • The product does not match the order (e.g., wrong design or size sent)

  • The product arrives damaged or with quality issues due to shipping

        2. Claim Requirements

If your order has an eligible issue, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Contact us via the chat on our website with the following:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error

    • Brief description of the issue

We’ll be happy to assist you.

  1. Claim Processing

Our team will review each case along with the external print provider to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product if necessary.

  1.  Refunds or Replacements

If your claim is approved:

  • Product replacement: We will produce and send a new product at no extra cost.

  • Refund: Depending on the case, we may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

  1. Customer Errors

Please note we do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Personal preferences, such as "I no longer want it" or "It’s not what I expected"

To avoid issues, please double-check your order details before confirming.

  1. Timeframes & Costs

  • Claim period: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs: We only cover return shipping if the product has a proven defect or if the error is attributable to our store or the external print provider.

  1. Customised Products

As all products are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless covered by the exceptions mentioned above.

  1. Product Care

To ensure the longevity of your product, please follow the care instructions provided on the label. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing or misuse.
